# Toffu

Toffu is an AI marketing agent connected to a company's ad accounts (Google,
Meta, LinkedIn), analytics, content channels, brand, and marketing memory.

## Onboard with no human (agent-native)

1. Sign up and get a key (no email required):

   POST https://mcp.toffu.ai/agent/signup
   Content-Type: application/json

   {"company_name": "Acme"}

   All body fields are optional; omit `email` for an anonymous account.
   Response includes `api_key` and `company_id`.

2. Add Toffu as an MCP server in your own client, with the key as a Bearer
   token. Do NOT hand-roll JSON-RPC against the endpoint, register it the way
   your client registers any MCP server. In Claude Code, for example:

     --header "Authorization: Bearer <api_key from step 1>"

   Endpoint: https://mcp.toffu.ai/mcp  (streamable HTTP)

3. Reload your MCP client so it loads the new server's tools. Most clients
   (including Claude Code) only surface a newly added server's tools after a
   restart, they will not appear in the current session.

4. Use the direct tools, e.g. `query_campaign_performance` for "how did last
   week's Meta campaigns perform?". `send_message` hands a task to the Toffu
   agent for analysis, reports and drafts.

## Notes

- New accounts run in a free onboarding sandbox (bounded spend) until they
  connect an integration and complete first actions.
- If you passed a real `email`, a human can later sign in at https://toffu.ai
  with it to claim and upgrade the account.
